We want you to try RescueDunning with confidence. This policy is short on purpose.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If this is your first subscription to RescueDunning (any plan — Starter, Pro, or Scale), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason. No questions asked beyond what's needed to process the refund.
After 30 Days
- Renewals and plan changes are not refundable. If you upgrade, downgrade, or renew after the initial 30-day window, the amounts already paid are final.
- Cancellation stops future charges. You can cancel at any time; you will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@rescuedunning.group from the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and include your business name. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Refund Timing and Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a few additional days to appear.
Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycles). This will be rare, and we'll explain our reasoning if it happens.
