Growing up, Navita watched her family run small businesses. She saw how much of the work is invisible — and how the unglamorous problems, the ones nobody warns you about, are the ones that quietly cost the most.

That never left her. She has always been passionate about small businesses, and about helping them in any way she can.

RescueDunning started close to home. Friends in the neighborhood running small businesses kept hitting the same frustration: a customer's card would fail, the payment would quietly die, and revenue would slip away while everyone was too busy running the business to chase it down. One more hassle nobody had time for.

So she built the fix herself — an independent business, run the way she believes small businesses deserve to be treated: honestly, personally, with no investors and no distractions.

RescueDunning brings branded reminders and optional retention choices into one workflow. Owners can review unpaid invoices, contact history and outcome evidence before deciding what to do next. Its effect on additional revenue still needs to be measured.
